We operate responsibly and sustainably. We comply with health, safety, human rights, and environmental standards, and we expect our partners and suppliers to do the same.
We compete ethically and avoid any practices that could be considered anti-competitive or unfair.
We do not tolerate bribery or corruption. We avoid conflicts of interest, disclose potential risks, and always place the company’s interests above personal gain.

We use Uptic systems and technology responsibly and securely, in ways that align with this Code of Conduct and protect against misuse.
We comply with data protection and privacy laws. Personal data must be collected, stored, and used responsibly and securely.
We encourage speaking up. Concerns about misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breaches of this Code should be reported promptly. We will investigate fairly and protect whistleblowers from retaliation.
