Uptic Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct outlines the principles of ethical, respectful, and responsible behaviour expected of everyone who works with or represents Uptic.
1. Compliance with the Law
We will understand and comply with all laws, regulations, and contractual obligations that apply to our business and operations.
2. Respect and Professionalism
We treat others with courtesy, fairness, and professionalism in all interactions. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or discrimination in any form.
3. Integrity and Accountability
We act with honesty and transparency. We safeguard company resources, ensure accurate financial and business records, and make decisions in the best interests of Uptic and its stakeholders.
4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
We respect confidential information and intellectual property. We will not disclose sensitive information or misuse the rights of others.
5. Social and Environmental Responsibility
We operate responsibly and sustainably. We comply with health, safety, human rights, and environmental standards, and we expect our partners and suppliers to do the same.
6. Fair Competition
We compete ethically and avoid any practices that could be considered anti-competitive or unfair.
7. Anti-Bribery and Conflicts of Interest
We do not tolerate bribery or corruption. We avoid conflicts of interest, disclose potential risks, and always place the company’s interests above personal gain.

We use Uptic systems and technology responsibly and securely, in ways that align with this Code of Conduct and protect against misuse.

We comply with data protection and privacy laws. Personal data must be collected, stored, and used responsibly and securely.
11. Reporting Concerns
We encourage speaking up. Concerns about misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breaches of this Code should be reported promptly. We will investigate fairly and protect whistleblowers from retaliation.
